My favorite parts of bootcamp are the people and the challenge. Everyone is super supportive, friendly and encouraging. I've made wonderful friends at bootcamp.I have gone down 4 pant sizes. Went from wearing a large to a small in most things. I couldn't jog to the corner when I started. Now, I have run a couple of 5K's and join some bootcamp buddies on the weekend for 3-6 mile runs. I am way stronger than when I started. I feel confident, happy, and overall more energetic. I eat healthier and look forward to working out.  Everyday is challenging and I feel great when the workout is done. I feel accomplished and ready to tackle my day. I am a better mother, wife, and employee. Bootcamp has given me positive motivation, a healthier lifestyle, stress relief, and a fit and tone body. It's not easy at first to make the time, but once you make the time and make it a part of your life, you will not regret it. Now, I can't imagine my life without bootcamp.

All the workouts are different everyday. There are other people that encourage you and help you out during the workout. I've lost 35 pounds since I started Hit the Mark Fitness and I plan to lose more. I can now run a mile without stopping! Before I couldn't even run around the block! Theres a lot of encouragement here, Mark and Zeny push you to your limits.

My biggest struggle growing up was my weight. I went through my adult years gaining more weight and drinking alcohol. I tried to exercise on my own. Finally fed up with what I saw and how I felt, I decided to give bootcamp a try. After the first week I felt happy, those endorphins I tell you!! My family noticed a difference before I did. Everyone was telling me how great I looked. That made me feel amazing. I gained a new family. We encourage and motivate each other. It works. I owe my lifestyle change and my new found knowledge to Mark. It doesn't get any easier, it'll never be a walk in the park. But thats where the change happens, out of that comfort zone.
