Bootcamp has really inspired and pushed me to love the hard work of working out again. About a year ago I started training with Hit The Mark Fitness. Huge changes have taken place, not only with my appearance, but also my energy level throughout each day. I was reluctant to try a boot camp style workout at first, the fear of the unknown I suppose, however with a push from my wife I gave Hit The Mark Fitness a try and have been extremely very pleased with the results. I am currently training for my first half marathon and I feel the cross training workouts with Bootcamp are strengthening my entire body in preparation for the event.
